Description: Led the initiative to enhance organizational security by developing the AMA application under tight deadlines with no set requirements, embodying T-Mobile's innovative spirit. Business Need: Addressed an urgent requirement to reinforce the security for 200,000 employee accounts amid rising cyber threat incidents
Impact: My contribution helped achieve an organizational milestone by enhancing security frameworks in just four months, which typically takes years
Solves: This initiative resulted in a significant decrease in employee account breaches, from 100 incidents per week to zero
How It Works:- › Managers & End User Support can revoke and remove active sessions/auth methods for the employee to register a YubiKey
- › Transitioned all employees in Azure AD to a fortified security policy, effectively neutralizing compromised credentials
- › Kicks any bad actors with compromised credentials and registered MFA methods out of our systems
